Epstein Simulator

Manage a private island for billionaires, presidents, and people you've definitely seen in the Epstein Files. Buy islands, keep the elites happy, and pocket the coins.

Now checked in

The guest list

You cannot choose your guests. Everyone on the list has checked in, and nobody has checked out.

Plus an ambient crowd of models, moguls and one very calm frog. New guests arrive by boat.

The resort

A real game first

Most crypto games are a token wearing a game costume. This one is the other way around. The island plays like a cozy management sim, and the chain stays out of the way until you ask for it.

Work the list

Guests arrive by boat, lounge around being ridiculous, and hand you problems. Fetch the drink. Escort them to the pier. Keep the stars coming.

Earn tips

Every task pays tips, the island's own coin. Spend them in the build shop on villas, amenities, vehicles, and one regrettable statue.

Build the resort

Reputation unlocks more of the island. Day and night cycle, ambient crowd, set pieces. Or ignore all of it and go swimming.

The build shop

All 43 items, real prices. Tips only, no card on file.

The economy

Two currencies. One hard wall.

The fun money and the real money never touch. That is not a bug report, it is the whole design.

Tips

Play money
  • Earned by playing: tasks, guests, foot traffic
  • Spent in the build shop, props to superyachts
  • Never converts to crypto. Ever.

No exit means no extraction farms. The game stays a game.

Land

Real money
  • A fixed ring of about 100 plots, bought with SOL, USDC or $TICKER
  • Owned on Solana, server authoritative, verified on chain
  • Open resale market, 5% royalty back to the house

Scarce, on chain, and it earns. More on that below.

Free players get a real game. Owners get a scarce, productive asset. Neither can ruin it for the other.

Real estate

One hundred plots. That is the island.

A ring of roughly one hundred parcels surrounds the resort. When they are gone, the only way in is the resale market.

  1. 1

    Guests wander onto your land

Every player walking your plot generates tips as they go.

  2. 2

    Half of it is yours

You collect 50% of the coins minted on your parcel. The walker keeps the rest, so they keep coming.

  3. 3

    Nice land earns more

Decorate it and people stay longer. Well built land is productive land, not just a skin.

Questions at the front desk

Yes. The game runs in your browser, no wallet, no download. Land and token are optional layers on top, never a gate.

No. Tips never convert to crypto, in either direction. That wall is load bearing. It keeps the game fun and makes it pointless to farm.

Half of the in game coins generated by players walking on your parcel. The busier your corner of the island, the more you collect. Decoration drives traffic, so building well pays.

Around one hundred, fixed. After the initial sale the only way in is the open resale market, where the house takes a 5% royalty.

The game is real and the land is real. The rest is satire. Any resemblance to persons living, dead or legally ambiguous is parody.
